Why this blog exists
“She can’t get away
from the smell; she has the s**t
right under her nose.”
Haiku is a 17-syllable verse form consisting of three metrical units of 5, 7, and 5 syllables. The other day, someone uttered the above phrase about a friend's situation. Upon reflection, I realized the comment fit the format of haiku. I wondered if others have had this happen - where a comment or phrase comes out as haiku.
